What ages do you work with?
Students in grades 6 through 12. We occasionally work with first-year college students in math and writing.
Where are you located?
Our studio is at 4783 Ocello Street, San Diego, CA 92103, in the Hillcrest neighborhood. Street parking is available.
How do online sessions work?
We use a video call with a shared digital whiteboard. Students need a laptop or tablet and a quiet space.
How do I pay?
We send a monthly invoice by email that can be paid by card or bank transfer.
Can we switch tutors?
Yes, at any time and without explanation. Fit matters.
Do you offer sibling discounts?
Yes, 10% off the second sibling's sessions.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancel at least 24 hours ahead to avoid a charge. See the Cancellation & Refund Policy for details.
Are tutors background checked?
Yes, every tutor completes a background check before working with students.
Do you help with IEP or 504 accommodations?
We're happy to follow accommodations and coordinate with families, though we are not a clinical provider.
Do you guarantee results?
No. We promise prepared, consistent sessions and honest reporting on progress.
Are you hiring tutors?
